A European Four-Pack!

Happy Friday everybody, what a great day to watch some international fixtures that actually mean something! We are looking forward to all the European qualifier matches as well as some of the other international fixtures today. This is our first set of picks for the month of October after wrapping up a monster winning month in September. Lets hope the luck keeps rolling, let it ride!

We have four picks that we are confident with today. We like Germany to win straight up because A.) Both these countries aren't the best of friends B.) Germany has nothing to lose AND C.) None of the international sides that Guus Hiddink has managed have ever beaten Germany. They've only managed to lose all five times while scoring just one goal in the process.

We like Sweden to win by more than a goal against Finland, even on the road, because that is just what they do against Finland. According to our records, Finland has never even beaten Sweden. Plus we like Zlatan and crew to powder their stats in today's game. Bring on the goals please!

We like Italy to win straight up simply because they want to keep their incredible qualifying run untainted. They are on incredible form, no one has been able to beat them, and we really like the idea of Cassano and Giovinco leading the front line. Azzurri for sure!

Croatia will want to put their qualifying to an end tonight by putting the Greeks away and making their next fixture essentially non-competitive. A win tonight for the Croats would put them four points ahead of Greece and locking up the group in the process. Greece didn't look too good against Latvia in their last outing with a stale 1-1 draw. We expect Greece to park the bus tonight, something they are known for. However another thing that is well-known is Slaven Bilic's desire to attack and win this game, as he has publicly stated leading up to the match. Lets hope those pesky Greeks finally break down.
